HMS Royal Oak

An exceptional 1/128 precision model of HMS Royal Oak as built under special commission by Paul Tyer of Peedie Models will be going under the hammer in our forthcoming specialist auction this January.

Estimated at £6000 to £8000, the build was constructed with meticulous detail and authenticity in mind taking many hundreds of hours to completion. Many parts bespoke to individuality of the vessel and requiring construction from scratch. Finishing standards were levied against those used on the real ship.

The replica measuring 1m 498mm long x 260mm wide x 460mm high is displayed in a purpose constructed glass display case.
