Everyone should now have received their invoices from last week’s auction. Please contact us if you have yet to receive this.
If you are yet to advise of whether you wish items to be shipped or collected, please contact the sales office.
Current Postage and Packing Lead Times
Our packing team operating under social distancing restrictions are working hard to fulfil all orders. Due to exceptionally high volumes, current lead times are 5 to 7 working days. We expect this time to reduce into next week once our backlog has been cleared. We appreciate your patience and endeavour to get your items out as quickly as possible. If you would like a more accurate idea of expected delivery, please contact us.
Thank you to everyone participating in our March Auction Event. We’ll be posting a post-sale report shortly. If you were successful you’ll be receiving an invoice shortly.
Please note the following changes to how we now deal with your invoice:
Invoices are sent out initially with no postage, you will be able to then request a postage quote by clicking the invoice link. If you are collecting, you can arrange an appointment.
If you live outside the UK, there should be no VAT on the invoice.
If requested, we’ll then add postage and then a revised invoice will be automatically sent to which you will be able to then pay via Bank Transfer or Card. For some international orders, we may have to pack your parcel first for us to determine the best and most competitive quote for you.
You’ll receive notifications throughout the post-sale process. These will include when your invoice has been sent to the packing team and when it has been dispatched, plus when payment has been processed or confirmed.
Please be aware phone lines are extremely busy after our events. We advise you correspond by the secure built in messenger function with the invoice where possible or email. If you contact us by phone and the lines are busy, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
